Having recently stayed at Checkin Madrid, I must say that the hotel provides a decent level of service at a reasonable price. The receptionist was truly kind and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Although the surrounding area offers convenient dining options, the lack of in-room dining service is a downside.The rooms, while clean, are basic and in need of refurbishment. Some maintenance issues, like broken fixtures, were evident during my stay. On the bright side, the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist in any way possible did help to mitigate these shortcomings.In terms of amenities, the lack of room service for meals could be a drawback for some guests. Considering the room rates, I would have expected a higher level of comfort and luxury.Checkin Madrid is a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient location. However, for those seeking a more luxurious experience, it may be worth exploring other options in the area.
